An automatic routine of taking a shower in the morning gets lost or less important when you are unemployed and not making enough money or no money for that matter.
I have not worked in a year and a half due to a work injury. Getting up and accomplishing simple tasks like putting on my bra, brushing my teeth, washing my face, and taking a shower is HUGE! It is harder when you don’t have a job. When you are working there is a reason, to get up, and take a shower, and put on a bra! I owe, I owe, I owe so off to work I go.
I am going to take a daily shower after reading this article.
And my advice for those who may be struggling with this every day? Take a shower, it will make you feel good about YOURSELF!
